State Aid and de minimis

The value of the assistance you receive though the Evolve programme is met by something called de minimis funds. If your company takes part in all aspects of the Evolve programme you will receive approximately £3000 worth of de minimis funded support over the course of 12 months

Because the work we do with each employer is unique you will receive a personalised, itemised statement when you complete the programme

There is an upper limit on the amount of de minimis support any organisation can receive in a 3 year period – if this limit is breached you could be held liable to repay some of the money you have received.

The current limit is €200000 over 3 fiscal years. When you enrol in the Evolve Programme you will be asked to provide details of all the de minimis support you have received in the last 3 years.

It is extremely important that you tell us of all the support and assistance you may have received, so we can check you are not going to exceed the €200000 threshold.
