Senior Project Officer

Responsibilities:
Promoting the benefits of the project to and building relationships with women and employers across South East Wales. Jessica’s role includes the provision of consultancy services to employers to promote and improve equality and diversity policies and procedures within the workplace.  Signing up women to the Ascent training course and identifying each individual’s learning needs. The delivery and promotion of leadership and management training to women at ILM levels 2 and 3.  Providing tailored individual support for women subscribed to the project.
