Celebrating our participant’s successes

In October over 30 women on our Ascent programme, who successfully completed and passed their Level 2 ILM Team Leading Award or Level 3 ILM First Line Manager Award - attended an awards ceremony to celebrate their achievement at the QED Centre in Treforest

Guest speakers Katy Chamberlain, Chief Executive of Chwarae Teg and Cheyanne Staley a former ILM Level 2 participant joined the project team in South East Wales to present the certificates with Katy Chamberlain sharing her own career journey experience, and Cheyanne Staley sharing her experiences of completing Ascent Level 2 & on winning the Adult Leaners Award.

The ceremony gave women on the programme an excellent opportunity to catch up with fellow learners and celebrate their achievements. Project staff joined in the celebrations, and were on hand to discuss further development opportunities that were available through the Agile Nation Project.
