Regional Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Managing the development and delivery of the Agile Nation Project within the North Wales Region.  Debbie’s role includes managing, motivating and developing the North Wales project team ensuring that targets and outcomes are delivered within budget and resource framework. Alongside this the representation of the project at a wide variety of meetings and events including the delivery of professional presentations to external audiences is a core function of Debbie’s role.

Experience:
Debbie comes from a global secretarial and services background, having worked in Guernsey, Holland, South Africa and Texas.  After a final overseas job as a holiday rep in France, she returned to the UK to work as a PA.  In two years, while working part time and managing all the responsibilities of being a single mum, Debbie achieved her degree in teaching, a Higher Diploma in Secretarial Procedures and an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, as well as being a Welcome Host trainer and manager.
