I initially signed up to the Ascent programme to improve my existing skills and build my confidence in leading others
I achieved my initial goals, I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions
The sessions were excellent, giving me ideas on ways to implement my learning in the workplace

Completing this course made me analyse my strengths and weaknesses as a person and address the areas that needed improvement
