Using the iPhone App or the Web Form to share your story with us is easy and straight-forward, with all that is required is for you to add your general location, a valid email address and your story, and then press submit. We will receive your story instantly via email. Upon receipt we will reply to the email address you provided confirming your details along with a copy of your story.

The following information is intended to outline how your stories will appear on http://www.twitter.com/womenspire, the Facebook group 'Womenspire'  and http://www.agilenation.co.uk.

Firstly, there are two ways in which you can share your inspirational stories, by our iPhone App, and also on the web.

We will only use your email for verification purposes and we will not publish your email in any form. You do not have to provide your name or your real name if you prefer, and only a general location is required. We will only use your email to make contact with you in order: if we need to clarify any details you provide, and to inform you when your story is published, should you wish to view your story or make any changes as you wish. Moreover we may also contact you by email in order to request if you would also like to provide an image to occupy your story, should you wish to provide an image (graphic or photographic) it will be published along side your story. Finally, neither will we pass on your details to any other 3rd party.

If at anytime you wish to remove your story from our web sites, simply email us, and we will remove your story. By this we will also delete your email address and name from our records in a secure manner. We will never print out your email address, but keep your details in digital form within a secure environment and access to such details will be restricted to only a few members of staff of the Agile Nation project.
