This award recognises workplace programmes and initiatives that demonstrate an agile or flexible approach to job design and the work environment which has resulted in a positive impact on employees and the businesses as a whole.

Business in the Community and Chwarae Teg Agile Nation aim to support examples of innovation and action by organisations committed to sustainable, fair and progressive working practices.

Through this award, Business in the Community seeks to recognise organisations that go above and beyond legal requirements to foster an inclusive workplace by bringing to life policies and practices which ensure the recruitment, retention and progression of a diverse, skilled and flexible workforce.

What is different about the Agile Organisation Award?

Judging for the Agile Organisation Award is unlike the other Wales Impact Awards. It is a two-tier process offering entrants two great opportunities for recognition.
