Responsibilities:
To manage the development and delivery of the Agile Nation project on target, within timescales and budget.  Hayley has overall responsibility for the management of external relationships representing the project at a wide range of meetings and events as well as being responsible for providing advise and guidance regards project matters to the Chwarae Teg Steering Group, Board and Senior Management Team.  Hayley is also responsible for the implementation and continuous development of the project management processes we use within the project as well as motivating and inspiring the project team.
