Responsibilities:
Providing employers with the resources and training they need to be more adaptable in their ways of working.  Carl will help to set up a variety of working systems including remote working and mobile offices to help employers meet the demands of a 21st Century workforce and market.
Working with employers to choose the best solution for their businesses from the many technological options available in the market will form the core of his role.  Allied to this though he will provide advice to employers regards the managerial, security and personal challenges that remote working can bring to a business.
