FREE Agile Nation Ascent Programme for Women: Level 2 – Team Leading

Course Purpose

The Programme will enable you to learn key skills, explore your opportunities and aspirations for development in the workplace and build your confidence to take the next step in your career. When you successfully complete Ascent you will receive an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 Award in Team Leading.

Women who want to fulfil their potential and advance their careers. Women who are or want to become team leaders, and would benefit by formally developing their skills and knowledge for these roles.
