In doing this the project and its participants are already generating significant achievements

Core Achievements
1513 women are taking part in the Ascent Programme as of September 2011
Over 650 women have been awarded the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 2 Team Leading Award as of September 2011
205 employers are talking part in the Evolve Programme as of September 2011
34 Agile Nation Participant events have been arranged across Wales providing ongoing inspiration and support for the women taking part in the programme
11 Case study participants have been published in the press to help promote the benefits of the project and to encourage other women to progress and develop their careers

To raise awareness of Agile Nation a campaign called Womenspire was developed which included the launch of what was then the first Welsh iPhone / Smartphone application. This campaign resulted in the project winning the Chartered Institute of PR Pride award for The Best Use of Digital PR. Further it helped Agile Nation to generate over £48,000 of press coverage and engage with 446 social media follows, along with over 500 YouTube views.
